Quick Terms & Conditions When you shop with Sausage King Company Thailand, here’s what you need to know: Orders & Payment Full payment is required before dispatch. Prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping & Delivery We deliver nationwide in Thailand. Products are shipped with dry ice and may arrive frozen or near-frozen. Typical delivery time: 1–5 business days. Storage Please place products in the freezer immediately upon delivery. Sausage King is not responsible for spoilage after delivery. Returns & Refunds No returns due to perishable nature of products. If products arrive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with photos. Discounts Direct orders receive a 10% discount (unless otherwise stated). Discounts and promotions cannot be combined. Food Safety All products are made 100% in-house under FDA standards. Customers are responsible for checking ingredients for allergies. Privacy & Security Your data is safe. We do not share customer information.
