At Sausage King Company, we take pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Due to the perishable nature of food items, our refund and return policy is as follows:
1. No General Returns
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns once products have been delivered.
Please ensure that someone is available to receive and store your order upon delivery.
2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Spoiled Products
We will offer a refund, replacement, or credit if:
Your order arrives damaged or spoiled due to shipping issues.
You receive the wrong product or an incomplete order.
What to do:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number and photos of the product/packaging.
Our team will review your claim and arrange a suitable resolution.
3. Delivery Delays Beyond Our Control
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Sausage King is not responsible for delays caused by:
Courier companies
Weather conditions
Events beyond our control
In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed but may be reviewed at our discretion.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
Products are not stored correctly after delivery (e.g., left unrefrigerated).
The customer changes their mind after delivery.
Incorrect address or contact details were provided by the customer.
5. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method (PromptPay, bank transfer, or QR code).
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
